PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Introductory remarks

It is important for the User to read and keep this information notice so that he knows how and why SLIB processes his data and what his rights are in this respect.

The purpose of this document is to inform the User of the conditions under which SERVICES LOGICIELS D’INTEGRATION BOURSIERE, a limited company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 380 059 113, having its registered office at 1, boulevard Haussmann, Paris (75009) and operating under the trade name SLIB (hereinafter “SLIB”) undertakes to carry out processing operations on the personal data of its Users (as defined in the legal notice), in its capacity as data controller.

In this case, SLIB undertakes to comply with the following provisions: (hereinafter the “Personal Data Provisions”)

Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties,

the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”).

2. Summary of data processed

The data collected by SLIB exclusively concerns, and for the purposes of the present :

data resulting from navigation on the Site, in particular through the use of Google Analytics (e.g. IP address, browser type, access provider)

Identification / contact data when the user fills in the contact form (e.g. surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number).

3. How SLIB handles its Users’ personal data

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

the transmission of postal or digital information on new, current and future services,

transmission of newsletters,

satisfaction surveys,

Site navigation,

the transmission of advice concerning the use of products or services,

commercial prospecting.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is :

legitimate interest, pursued by SLIB when it proposes the following purposes: prospecting and animation, management of the relationship with its customers and prospects and/or organization of its events,

consent, when the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data through express and unequivocal consent,

the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures, when SLIB implements processing for the purpose of managing and monitoring its customer files,

compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, when the processing of personal data is required by law (invoicing, accounting, prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, anti-corruption measures, etc.).

4. Recipients

The data collected is intended for the data controller.

SLIB undertakes not to pass on data to commercial or advertising parties. None of your personal information will be published without your knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties (other than those mentioned above).

5. Transfer of personal data

SLIB does not transfer the User’s personal data to foreign countries (outside the European Union). If SLIB is required to transfer data to a third country or to an international organization, by virtue of Union law or the law of the Member State to which it is subject, SLIB will inform its Users prior to processing.

6. Retention period

Users’ personal data are kept in compliance with the legal provisions and/or recommendations issued by the CNIL, namely if they are SLIB Customers according to the terms of the agreements entered into with SLIB and failing that, for any other User, for a maximum period of 3 (three) years.

8. Users’ rights

In application of the provisions relating to personal data, the User may, at any time, access the data concerning him/her held by SLIB, and request its access, limitation, portability, rectification or deletion. Thus, the User may request the rectification, completion, clarification, updating or deletion of any personal data concerning him/her that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated or whose collection or use, communication or storage is prohibited.

The User also has the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to his/her particular situation, to the processing of his/her personal data whose legal basis is the legitimate interest of SLIB, as well as the right to object to commercial prospecting.

The User has the right to define general and specific directives defining the manner in which he/she intends the aforementioned rights to be exercised after his/her death.

For the purposes of the present document, the User’s request must be accompanied by a signed copy of his/her identity card.

The User is also reminded that he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of non-compliance by SLIB with its obligations.

9. Data security and storage

SLIB will take all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of User data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
